How To Cook A Pumpkin Bread Using A Microwave – The pumpkin bread can be easily prepared at home using a few easily obtainable recipes and using the microwave oven to bake it. The ingredients for microwave oven baked pumpkin bread are described below.
Take a two quart mixing bowl and mix the eggs, vanilla and the nuts combined with oil, water and spices. Be sure that you have mixed all these ingredients properly and then stir the sugar into this mixture and mix the flour, baking soda and salt inside another bowl. You’ll want to stir the pumpkin mixture into this now and blend it as long as the ingredients become moistened.
Now put this batter inside a properly greased loaf dish made of glass and remember not to cover this dish. Follow up by placing the dish on top of an inverted saucer or a cereal bowl and put it inside the microwave oven so as to elevate. Set your microwave at power level 5 and cook for about 12 minutes.
While you are done with this procedure, you will have to check if the cake is complete. When it is required, then cook the cake at power level 10 for an extra 3 to 10 minutes So as to bake the cake completely. Before removing the cake from the dish, you will need to let it stand for about ten minutes and before serving it, wait for another five minutes.
